Statistics regarding any client commissions you receive via Handkrafted will display on your public profile beneath the heading PROJECT HISTORY.
These statistics are broken down by:
In Progress: Refers to the number of open projects where a commission has been accepted but not yet completed and delivered.
Completed: Refers to the number of projects completed and delivered to Handkrafted clients.

Following the completion and delivery of any client projects, we send to clients a standard feedback form. Only client feedback and ratings supplied directly to us will be displayed. We can also re-request feedback for projects where feedback was not received at the time of completion.
Feedback is broken down by:
Positive Feedback. Client rate their overall experience working with you as Positive or Negative. The proportion of positive reviews is displayed in a percentage format (eg. Positive Feedback 90%)
Average scores are displayed for the following:
- Ease & Quality of Communications (rated out of 5 stars)
- Completion & Delivery Timeframes (rated out of 5 stars)
- Material & Craftsmanship Quality (rated out of 5 stars)
Finally, feedback comments are displayed below the rating scores with a reference to the project title and date of feedback.
