For payments completed via our online checkout, you will automatically receive an invoice via email, in addition to an order confirmation email.
For manual payment requests sent to you via our the Handkrafted payment facility, you are able to request an email invoice via the action Request Invoice on the payment details screen. This workflow will provide you with an opportunity to add business details (eg. Company Name, Address, ABN) which will appear on your invoice.
The invoice is issued to you through our system on behalf of the Maker and will include a GST tax breakdown if the maker is registered and has charged GST.
Where any credit card fees are charged (noting that these are waived for online checkout purchases), you will also be issued with a separate tax invoice for any credit card processing fees. This invoice is GST inclusive and is issued from Handkrafted Pty Ltd.
